Great experience. Me and my wife saw an ad for an apartment that we liked and called the agent Uli “woody” Ramirez on a Friday afternoon, he was very nice and knowledgeable and told us that he could meet with us, answer our questions and show us the apartment Saturday morning. We met with him Saturday morning and he showed us the apartment, answered all of our questions and helped us fill out the application. By Monday afternoon we signed the lease and he handed us the keys. My wife doesn’t speak English so Uli spoke Spanish with us, he kept in touch during the whole process. I worked with Uli R, he was efficient responsive and great to work with! I was able to get the entire process done in less than a week! Move in was smooth, community is small but pleasant friendly & quiet. I would recommend Uli to anyone looking for a place to rent! Him and the entire team are great :)
