Their vacuums really suck! In the best way possible for a self service car wash. ? The vacuums and clean towels for wipe down were great. I think they may need to adjust the blowers at end of the wash as my truck had excess water in many places. Other than the blowers and gal trying to upsell me for membership, overall, the facility is nice.

man!!! Ali Eduardo was the best man on the planet at the moment we pulled up. In a time of shitty customer service, this man went above and beyond. Did his job how he was supposed to. With his work ethics, I hope he gets very far in life!

Customer service is great, went through and it did not wash all the bird deposits on my white ram pick up truck, they allowed me to go through again for no charge and did some hand scrubbing on it first, thank you
