    Came off very professional, nice and well experienced during our meeting. However I must say this has been truly testing dealing with Claudia. Communication is truly horrible. I have left multiple VMs and sent numerous emails with complete silence. Claudia has held on to my tax documents for one month without no clear understanding on when my filing will be completed. I just need you to call me back or email me back so I can get my documents I gave you a month ago for my filing. I need to get my taxes done elsewhere as time is truly running out
