Responsive and respectful. We are pleased with the cleaning and the followup if there are issues, and especially with the flexibility when we have events that require moving cleaning times around.
We've been using City Wide for our Preschool cleaning for about 5 years. Anahi is our Account Manager and she is awesome. She checks on us regularly and always addresses any issues in a timely and professional manner. We get hit up by cleaning companies all the time but we stick with City Wide for Anahi, the price and the professionalism.
