I dropped in here for a week while staying with a friend in October. I have been doing CF for 8 years and the coaches here are top notch! I got some great lift cues and the workouts were definitely challenging. Everyone I met was so friendly and welcoming. A great learning environment for athletes of all levels!

Dropped in for a class while visiting from out of town and had a great time. The staff were kind and welcoming and helped me modify the workout based on my needs. Plus child care was included!

I dropped in at the last minute for a workout. The registration and online experience was fast and efficient. The coaches were very friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. The members were very welcoming. Great atmosphere and enthusiasm.
