It's always hard to find a good beautician that has your best interest at heart and at Char's I feel that way. When I walked in a week before my birthday and told her I wanted something special she knew exactly what I wanted!
Just moving from Texas where I had a difficult time finding a great African American stylist, then found one and she retired! Moving to Arizona was another challenge with the heat. I needed something to do with my hair and Char did it! Came out feeling glamorous and well taken care of. I have to say if you are looking for someone who will listen to you and style you well, go no further in Phoenix than to Char's!
