Jay was great. On time for the appointment. Great demo of products. Sold me. Install was different story. Installers are subcontractors for champion, they were on time, but not very well equipped for the job. Scheduled day 4 of 6 windows got installed. They had to come back a week later for the other 2. This was a difficult job for them due to the builder used way to many staples on the old windows. Something they have never run into before. Finished work looks great. But they were not very experienced, and it took them twice as long as it should have.
Nick and his crew did a awesome job. They stayed on task finished job as quoted. Arrived on time. Keep work area clean. It's nice to have a company come to your home and you can tell they care about the job they are doing.
Jose and Jacob were fantastic they cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and kind, did a great job took their time make sure everything was good and windows worked great. Showed me how to use my new windows and double checked everything before the final day.
