I frequent a different yoga studio on a daily basis. Was just looking to switch it up with something new. I absolutely loved this Saturday morning kundalini class. The instructor was incredibly clear and the other attendees were very nice and welcoming! It was my friend's first time doing kundalini yoga and they were so thorough at explaining everything to him and making sure that he was comfortable with the techniques. Deeply Restorative and Uplifting
Hari Jap’s kundalini yoga class at the Center for Divine Awakening is a truly transformative experience. His calming presence, mindful guidance, and the powerful gong played during shavasana creates a deep sense of peace and healing. The session felt like a journey back to self. Highly recommend!
