I was experiencing issues for months with my account being on hold and losing my celeb bucks when I initially went to cancel. I had reached out to customer service multiple times and visited the Scottsdale/old town location. I was given the manager, Shayna’s email and never received a response. Needless to say I was unimpressed and frustrated.
The saving grace of my experience was the manager, Jocie at the Bell & 7th st location. She took the time to listen and understand the situation. I live for this place. The unlimited spray tans and high level beds are amazing and affordable. I’ve been a client for over 3 years and almost every employee here remembers my name and always has the best customer service. I use the 16th highland location because it’s close to home and the one on 7th street and Bell because it’s a block from work. Thanks ladies!!
