Lisa is an exceptional tattoo artist. So kind and her designs she's made for both my husband and I are spectacular and far beyond anything we could have imagined. She's my favorite artist I've been ever been to!

I just had my first tattoo experience with Lisa Winter and it was absolutely PHENOMENAL! She was so kind and professional throughout the entire process, I would recommend her a thousand times. I will definitely be going back to her for my future appointments!
