Hey guys,
Just want to note that I would never take my car to a dealership for maintenance as I am comfortable enough to work on my car regarding these jobs, and if I did need to fix anything major I would rather prefer a independent shop.
Nonetheless, I took my car here as part of a warranty job. Which resulted in being pleasantly surprised as the service advisor was really informative and walked me through the process! He goes by Justin but I recommend him if you get to choose the service advisor as he will keep you posted throughout the entire process!

Great service all around. Mike French was great and provided no pressure, outstanding customer service. This was my first time at this Toyota Service Center and I'll be permanently brining my 4runner here and asking for Mike French. Thanks French!!!!
