Raymond and his dog Darcy were very thorough examining the entire house for bed bugs. He explained every step of the process. It was fun watching both of them work together, sniffing for any trace. We are very relieved to learn that we had no bugs.

This company is perhaps the only big name company I would trust. I had three companies come out and every one of them told me false information. Problem resolved quickly and honestly with Burns. The team was incredible and kind.

Best company so far! Love Teresa who responds to all emails, and Jose who comes out to spray! Can't go wrong with this "team"! Have an issue with bugs, ants, spiders, etc....then CALL them!
