Brightview did our HOA community's grass to gravel conversion with excellent results. Ron and his crew were always polite, conscientious of parking issues, and on time. When we needed to make some design changes, Ron worked with us and listened to our concerns. They installed new irrigation lines to existing grass sprinkler heads, cleared sod, prepped the grass for gravel, installed curbing between grass and gravel, then even delivered on time. We are especially pleased with our 3 foot by 2 foot flagstones installation. It took extra man power and ingenuity to install. We wanted two huge eucalyptus trees trimmed. When the estimator, Antone, showed up, he didn't try to talk us into cutting down the entire trees or tell us more trees needed pruning. He was respectful and submitted a reasonable bid. His crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They were professional and cleaned up the mess. Great company to work with!
