Brightview Landscape appears to be the vendor used for Park Maintenance by the City of Chandler to service Shawnee Park as evidenced by their name on the truck. My issue with them falls into 3 categories. First off, they seem to have no sensibility about where to place plantings with the result being that the plants they put in either block the sidewalk due to their size or they sit out in the middle of very large empty spaces with nothing else around them. Secondly, they also seem to lack any skill in determining when OR how to prune or trim plants. Brightview did our HOA community's grass to gravel conversion with excellent results. Ron and his crew were always polite, conscientious of parking issues, and on time. When we needed to make some design changes, Ron worked with us and listened to our concerns. They installed new irrigation lines to existing grass sprinkler heads, cleared sod, prepped the grass for gravel, installed curbing between grass and gravel, then even delivered on time. We are especially pleased with our 3 foot by 2 foot flagstones installation. It took extra man power and ingenuity to install.
