This companies HR manager Olga Barela is something else, out at the Roadhouse in Cave Creek showing her breast to people and bragging about how much Brewer paid her to come to their company. Then pulling workers in her office after a meeting to make sure she did nothing wrong. You would think Brewer would have some kind of Code of Conduct for their company and employees. Instead of Olga helping an employee find places to live and spending the weekends with a couple employees (plumbers) up North camping. You would think with her position she would have some integrity, even when not at work. Brewer may want to track employees cell phones just like they track their trucks. And if there is code of conduct for company you may want to find out why she does not follow the rules.
