Shower and toilet were both clogged on a Friday, called around but others couldn’t come until next week - until Rooter Hero kindly made a slot for us that very same day and within an hour or so they came and saved the day!! It was a hard task trying to find the clean out to begin with bc the main one was buried, but they didn’t give up and kept unclogging the very stubborn blockage in the main sewer drain.. i thought they wouldn’t able to find it or unclog it without taking out a toilet.. but they didn’t give up!! Jack Johnston and James Estes were SO Competent, Professional, FRIENDLY, and Trustworthy. I’m SO GLAD to have found these guys, especially after learning they do EVERYTHING-Plumbing, Heating/Air Conditioning, Electrical. Our technician Brad went above and beyond to help with our hot water heater. We have an odd shaped closet where it lives and he worked hard to put our new one in correctly. He spent multiple hours working on our project as the only hot water heater that fit was way across town from our house. I feel like he went above and beyond to ensure we had a safe and working hot water heater. Thanks!
