The Body Firm Fitness is an excellent gym for those looking for semi-private trainer-guided workouts. The owners, Doug and Tori Thompson, are experienced fitness professionals who also excel at being positive, supportive, and top-notch people. They specialize in pushing clients to do more than they thought they could and keeping their form effective, while also providing encouragement and positive energy. One customer, who started in their mid-fifties and had never regularly exercised, was overweight and had horrible balance, saw significant improvements after starting semi-private training sessions. They wished they had started going to The Body Firm years ago. Another customer learned from the trainers at The Body Firm and changed their whole workout routine, becoming the most fit they have ever been at age 44. They also recommend The Body Firm for those needing rehabilitation after being cleared by a doctor, as they helped them with knee and elbow issues that were causing crunching sounds. I attended a great stretching class at The Body Firm, I highly recommend it! The instructor offered lots of tips and encouraged us to practice stretching on our own. The studio was very clean and sanitized!
Fantastic group of people! You won’t find a personal trainer that is more helpful and supportive than these guys. It is not a gym that tries to push you into signing up to make some money and check another sale off their list. This is a family that gathers around you to push you and get you where you want to go. They do weight loss challenges where you can try them out first and get yourself moving on a new and healthy path. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
Great training for any and all levels. Love the personal workouts and the variety of each.
