Bottomed, brand new twenty twenty six x five from scott bilgo. Both he and the dealership, we're urin, fantastic. I'm 74 years old and have purchased a lot of cars in my time but have never had a better experience in buying a car than I had with BMW of north Scottsdale and Scott Bilgo.

Bought out my lease at bmw n scottsdale. Dealt with Steve Khouri directly, who had the nerve to (try to) deny me the purchase, unless I sign off on a carfax printed on a piece of paper. Exceptionally rude and also illegal for that matter! Steve Khouri - upset and with a retaliatory attitude because I indicated him in advance that a DOCUMENTATION FEE on a lease buyout is not mandatory, and that i will not be paying it. I purchased my leased vehicle WITHOUT the illegal "doc" fee on lease purchase, and ONLY after I signed a trashpiece of paper with whatever useless carfax info they had on the vehicle. Hey BMW USA: Steve Khouri - bmw north scottsdale, himself, in his own office, would deny me my right, unless I comply with a non-contractual condition, made up by him, just for retaliation. FYI - That is what the customers of this dealership are experiencing when dealing with Steve Khouri - the "face" of bmw north scottsdale, and the bmw's "interface" in Scottsdale AZ! For potential customers: a bullying attitude is what you have to expect and be prepared for when dealing with bmw north scottsdale!
