Biltmore Cardiology - Camelback is a large cardiology practice with professional and kind staff. Patients report that the doctors and team are respectful, listen carefully, and provide excellent care that is greatly appreciated. The medical assistants are amazing and explain procedures well. The practice offers a helpful patient portal for timely communication and online check-in to streamline visits. Some patients note the front desk can seem busy, and the underground entrance at the newer location can be difficult to navigate. Overall, it is a practice where patients feel well-cared for by the entire team.
Dr. Bahu and his whole staff from front desk to medical assistant’s were so professional, kind , and really listened to me. They cared about how I feel. So appreciated the care and help with my health. Thank you!
Dr Byrne has been my cardiologist for the last 20 years. I really appreciate him keeping me alive. Kristin and Danielle are great too. If I have a question or need to get a hold of someone I use the patient portal and I always get a response in a timely fashion. Some people think the front desk people are rude but I think they're just super busy, it's a big practice. Thank you Dr Byrne and team!
My husband has been going to Biltmore Cardiology for ~25 years and previously was successfully treated and managed here. However, since joining Abrazzo, Biltmore's patient care and communication has become abysmal. You simply cannot get in touch with anyone - even to return their phone calls!! Since my husband's cardiologist left Biltmore a year ago, we have yet to see a replacement interventional cardiologist, despite MULTIPLE requests. The NPs are great, but for complex patients routine physician care is important. We used to see his cardiologist 3-4 times a year. Not now.
