This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! The techs are unprofessional. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted, she decide to freestyle.. and create her own design ‼‼‼‼ needless to say; I wasn't happy. The language barrier doesn't help either. Especially when you're trying to have them correct a mistake. Time is precious, I'm. It tying to sit in nail fumes all day, while the tech fixes up her joyous mistakes.

If could rate this is zero trust me I would. my Sister‍ and I came in for a full set an a fill and not even four days in my nails already lifting and one fell off. My sisters matte nail started chipping within four days of having them on and had to go pay another salon to get them redone after spending over $200 at this location. I recommend you save your money and never go here unless you're planning to get them redone somewhere else. My nail should not be lifting after four days of getting them done nor should they start chipping

At 5:40pm They apparently stopped taking customers at 5pm for a full set, even though they close at 7pm!!! I've come in here for years and they have NEVER said that. I've come in at 6pm the latest to get a full set and no issues. I'll make sure i and all my friends go elsewhere. WHAT A SHAME.
