Shower and toilet were both clogged on a Friday, called around but others couldn’t come until next week - until Rooter Hero kindly made a slot for us that very same day and within an hour or so they came and saved the day!! It was a hard task trying to find the clean out to begin with bc the main one was buried, but they didn’t give up and kept unclogging the very stubborn blockage in the main sewer drain.. i thought they wouldn’t able to find it or unclog it without taking out a toilet.. but they didn’t give up!! Today I was assisted by Jake in troubleshooting some work that had been done by another company. I needed to see what I should have been charged and expected in return for my payment.
I sent a couple of photos of the work, to Jake, told him what I had paid, and what my concerns were. He was very professional, direct and straightforward with his answers.
I now feel I can move forward, knowing what should have been discussed and done that wasn't. I will be contacting the other company today with more confidence.
