Have visited this Banner Urgent Care a few times, it’s location is most convenient. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and we have received excellent care here. Both making an appointment or as a walk in we have had positive experiences and would recommend this Banner Urgent Care to anyone.

I was at home and after dinner I was cleaning up and I was putting Curry knives from dinner away in their holders. When I was putting the safety eclipse on the knife, slipped and Cut my right index finger. Seeing that the cut was very deep. It was probably about 2 cm in length I needed to go to urgent care. I’ve always gone to the one on Shea and Tatum. But there is one on seventh and Cave Creek that is very close to the house less than 2 miles and it’s also near a major hospital John C Lincoln. So we decided to go there because I’ve waited before 4 to 6 hours in the hospital and I didn’t wanna wait that long. When I went there, it was not that busy for a weekend.... read full review

This location was very clean! Everyone I met was very kind and easy to talk to. The only downfall was that it took me atleast 50 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, but to be fair, there didn't seem to be a lot of people working and it is 2 days before Christmas. I would absolutely come back.
