I had a very disappointing experience with Banner Rheumatology. I drove 45 minutes to my scheduled appointment, and my husband even took time off work to accompany me, only to be told upon arrival that the provider I was supposed to see was no longer working there. The staff claimed they had been trying to contact me, but I checked my recent call history and voicemails and found no calls or messages from their office.

My name is Chatauna Robinson. If I could give no stars I would, but unfortunately they make you give at least one star. My journey with this department and one of its doctors has not been very comforting nor pleasant. I thought after the first inital visit my doctor was getting better. I’ve been going to this rheumatologist since I moved to Arizona and the customer service here has been absolutely awful! My last appointment was on Wednesday and my mom decided to come in with me for my appointment, nurse practitioner Lori was extremely rude! She never met my mother before and didn’t shake her hand, and she didn’t ask me how I was doing. I work as a phlebotomist/ medical assistant and I NEVER treat my patients like that! I’m always compassionate and kind!! As a healthcare professional you should always treat others with respect and kindness! She shouldn’t be a nurse, if you can’t show respect and kindness to your patients! I have lupus and...read full review
