My husband sees Dr Smith and we have always been treated with courtesy and respect. He listens to my husband and makes him feel comfortable. The facility is handicap compatible (as well as the parking lot and drop for patients) and that truly makes a difference. There is a ton of “handicap parking spaces”!!’
I have this rheumatology Dr. Laurie is not very personable cut people off when they’re talking and trying to explain things. The only thing that I really liked was how clean and well kept it was and then I was able to go down to the second floor and get my labs done right away
My experience has been very positive. Dr Smith did my initial exam and comprehensive blood work. His P.A., Lori Cannon, has followed up with me and started treatment. She has been very thorough and explains issues well.
