I’ve been going to this rheumatologist since I moved to Arizona and the customer service here has been absolutely awful! My last appointment was on Wednesday and my mom decided to come in with me for my appointment, nurse practitioner Lori was extremely rude! She never met my mother before and didn’t shake her hand, and she didn’t ask me how I was doing. I work as a phlebotomist/ medical assistant and I NEVER treat my patients like that! I’m always compassionate and kind!! As a healthcare professional you should always treat others with respect and kindness! I have this rheumatology Dr. Laurie is not very personable cut people off when they’re talking and trying to explain things. The only thing that I really liked was how clean and well kept it was and then I was able to go down to the second floor and get my labs done right away

Banner Rheumatology in Arizona gave me the worst healthcare experience of my life. They scheduled an appointment without my permission, used my personal information without consent, and ignored every request I made to speak with a supervisor. I was promised call-backs on several occasions — not one ever happened.

On top of that, they overcharged me for my last visit and made no effort to refund me. I had to call and request it myself, and it still took them nearly six months and multiple follow-up calls before I finally received my refund.
