After hours care was a great experience - easy to make appointment, the office was not crowded, we saw the FNP Rachel on time or early. Rachel Pierre-Chery was caring, knowledgeable, and thorough and I would recommend her to anyone. So much better than normal Urgent Care or Emergency Rooms during Banner's available after-hours care.
