The PA, both front office girls, everyone is an angel an angel at this clinic and made me feel so well taken cared for. We had to call a few times to get the address correct and they stayed on the phone and talked us through. They validated my Dads parking and treat med him nicely in the waiting room. They also charged my phone for me and assisted me with painless paperwork. Their care was gentle and kind and I felt very comfortable and good.
Very kind and professional service here. Particularly the NP Muench. Wait time for work physicals varies a lot by time of day so try to go at an odd time. My wait time was significantly improved from others at my company just by going earlier in the day.
I've had 2 visits to Occ Health. Wait times not bad as I was a walk-in. Staff knowledge and friendly! Liz got my paper work I needed and printed other items my employer may need that I hadn't thought of!
