Literally some of the most un-empowered people I have ever seen. Parking at this location is a nuts. Horrible just close this and open a Filiberto’s.

I called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes, when the receptionist shontel answered I had myself of mute and was on my way to unmute myself and within 3 seconds she hung up the phone. I called back and she answered and I said In a polite way hi I think someone hung up on me and she immediately got snappy and told me because no one answered I proceeded to let her know that I was getting her off of mute and she then interrupted me again and made a snarky remark that they have patients to take care of. I asked for her name and hung up. Complete un professionalism on all aspects. At that point I didn’t feel comfortable speaking to her, in no way should any one be answering and responding to someone like that in the first 10 second of a phone call. Completely disappointed that this type of behavior is allowed.

Apparently no one answers the phone on their appointment line, waited for 45 minutes, so I had to get connected to the front desk just to be told I can’t schedule an appointment until 3 days prior to my return to work date. Freaking ridiculous.

Wait time here is ridiculous for a simple drug screen and breathalyzer. 2+ hours of waiting to be told the machine was not working and it would be an additional wait of up to an hour. Waited another hour and the nurse said she was putting in my information and then disappeared. After asking someone for a status they said “she is trying to login to see if it will work”. Why would you make me wait to not even know if it will work? Going on 4 hours in this place which is absolutely absurd. It seems all the Banner clinics in the area have the same shortcomings so I will make every attempt to avoid using them again in the future.

The PA, both front office girls, everyone is an angel an angel at this clinic and made me feel so well taken cared for. We had to call a few times to get the address correct and they stayed on the phone and talked us through. They validated my Dads parking and treat med him nicely in the waiting room. They also charged my phone for me and assisted me with painless paperwork. Their care was gentle and kind and I felt very comfortable and good.
