We had a great experience at BackFit Health!! From Katherine, who warmly greeted us at the front desk, to the thorough appointment with Dr. Zak, who was so knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. We also enjoyed an amazing massage from Rhonda! We highly recommend BackFit Health, you won't be disappointed!!
Dr Zak is a gifted practitioner. He understands hard tissue, bones and soft tissues, muscles. He connected well with my wife and I as he explained our issues of spine. He communicated during the whole adjustment to make sure we were comfortable and how each adjustment felt and what to expect. He then gave us PT exercises to keep us moving towards health and helping keep the adjustment working.
Also we received a wonderful massage from Rhonda, who has years of experience. She also gave us some stretches to help our muscle relax. The staff supports and is friendly. We highly recommend this business.
Auto accident messed up my back. Backfit was recommended to me. I had never been to a chiropractor before, and was a little hesitant. This place is awesome! They have medical, chiro, and therapy teams that work together to ensure your recovery goes smoothly and effectively. Dr. Zak at the Arcadia location is amazing! Don’t hesitate if you have a need.
