Doug did a thorough and fantastic job on our inspection. He found the deficiencies that needed to be repaired that most homeowners would not be able to spot. I am very glad I went with AZ Shield Home Inspections for our third party inspection... it's very hard to trust builders these days, but you can trust Doug! I will be recommending in the future and scheduling for our 1 year.

Doug did a great job of explaining what he inspected and recommendations he gave. We were able to get clarification on anything we were unsure of. Great job helping us understand what issues should be addressed and those that were only cosmetic. Would highly recommend!!

I had an inspection done and it didn’t go well for us. That was because it was so though. Doug took the time to go through everything. The report was extensive with photos (down to the stains on the carpet). We were able to get out of the deal. Thankfully we were able to secure a new offer. Doug came back again today and his detailed report was great. He gave us the confidence to move forward with the deal. Thanks again, Doug!
