Excellent! From the front office to the technicians. Not only did they replace my 3.5 ton split heat pump that required a crane, they return twice a year for a maintenance inspection at NO cost and follow up with a detailed inspection report with pictures of the component parts. Highly recommend you call them first.

We called AZ Perfect Comfort after they were highly recommended by a neighbor! Our heat was not working at all with a new system (less than 1 year old), and we had another company come out earlier in the week and told us we needed a whole panel replaced and was going to cost us $1,500. Tim came out within a couple hours of my call to AZ Perfect Comfort, and was absolutely amazing to work with. We didn’t need to replace anything and he was able to give us much more information, fix our issue, help us set up maintenance for the system, and also we felt we were given the best guidance and support to keep our system functioning to its best ability. Highly recommend!!!!
