Impeccable work. Initially, we met with Jon to give us a quote. It was very reasonable. We kept reaching out to see his responsiveness and asked lots of questions to which he always answered. If he didn’t know, he was honest and would follow up with me. We were sold. We had them install 24x48 tiles. Next, we had read online it was going to be messy and dusty. We did prepare. After all was done, it wasn’t bad as we had read. Now, let’s talk about the work. Hector was our guy. He was fantastic! He was timely everyday, the demo was done is one day, the cleanup one more day, and the prep and install took the rest of the time. The install was immaculate. The tile cuts on the corners and around tight spaces were with precision, the baseboards were neatly cut. Lastly, when the project was done, he cleaned the areas he worked, tidied up where he worked outside, and even cleaned the appliances that got dusted. We ran into a hiccup where some of the tiles arrived broken. There was clear communication. Once they arrived, he came back to finish the work. One of our toilets wasn’t set right, but when I reached out, it was taken care of. We loved the work. Thank you Jon, Hector, and Adam.

To preface, our salesman Luke, and the second set of tilers were absolutely phenomenal. Luke was very helpful and responsive, while the tilers did an amazing job in laying our tile. Now, I gave 3-stars as a whole because Atomic’s communication was absolutely atrocious. Adam ghosted me at one point until my husband reached out (who was actually not involved in the project at all). He stopped working on my project for several days without communicating as such. Not only did he rarely communicate with me directly, even when instructed to by my husband, he also essentially harassed me at the end of the project when presenting the invoice. He sent the final invoice in the middle of the night and texted/emailed me multiple times starting at 7am the following day (approx a business day later). That day. I asked for an adjustment in the invoice, didn’t receive a response, and then received emails, texts, AND calls further stating that he hadn’t heard from me and would be adding late fees (even though, again, I had emailed the day prior). Again, overall, the work on the project was great at a great value. The administrative actions? Horrendous. Adam really needs to get out of administrative duties and allow someone else to handle it since it’s clearly not his forte.
