I normally don't write reviews, but I have been using Arizona's vision for many years now and always a great experience. Dr. Nguyen in particular is excellent, detail oriented, and always takes time to explain everything. But all of the staff is friendly and helpful and their warranty service for lenses and frames are truly best in class.
Excellent, friendly and thorough customer service! Casey and Sandra and her husband, and quite frankly everyone at that office are wonderful! Have been going here for over ten years and I wouldn’t go elsewhere due to their awesome customer service!
My experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and immediately made to feel welcome. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy throughout my visit.
The doctor was particularly impressive — friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. They took the time to address my concerns thoroughly and ensured I felt comfortable and informed at every step.
I definitely would recommend this office to anyone who has been looking for vision doctor.
