I called today and was helped by a man named Victor. I couldn’t figure out how to re install my hood baffles/ drip trays after taking them out to clean them. He was incredibly patient and super helpful. I am so appreciative !

Amazing experience! If you go, ask for Victor he’s incredibly knowledgeable about appliance specs and truly understands customer needs. I purchased a washer and dryer at a great discount. The minor issues (a small dent and a return status) were exactly as Victor described, and I was still able to register them for the warranty. Thank you, Victor, for the honest and professional service. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!
