Currently in the parking lot on a Thursday at 3:20pm and the doors are closed. There are no hours of operation listed on the window. There are no hours online as well. The phone number listed does not work. Very annoying and unreliable.

I needed the length of a belt shorted and a few more holes punched. Should have been easy peasy. Nope. Ruined the belt. He didn't even use the same color thread. It's puckered and looks to be burned. The new holes are SO UNEVEN that the belt now sits uneven when wearing. I did need a rush job.... in 48 hours.... but he assured me it wasn't a problem. When I came to pick it up is when he started the job, so he just rushed through it. I was in a huge hurry so I didn't even look at the belt until I got home. This should have been an easy job for a "professional".

Worst customer service I ever encountered. Do not waste your time or money. I left a pair of shoes to be repaired and now he does not want to give them back because he does not have a key to open the door...he just keeps on telling me to come back.
