Based on the reviews, customers are very pleased with their air conditioner purchases and the outstanding installation guys. The air is cold. Customers are extremely happy with service from technicians who are polite, prompt, very courteous, and professional. Technicians provided detailed information before and after serving AC units, spending a good deal of time cleaning and checking systems during maintenance calls. Customers had kitchen clogs resolved promptly, and the price quoted was the price paid. Service was fantastic, with AC units going down around 2pm and back in operation by 6pm. Customers appreciate the great pricing and great service and will definitely be using Any Hour Services again. However, some do not like the AI scheduler when dealing with an emergency.
Our air conditioner stop working so I gave them a call and they were out to fix it the next day. The two gentlemen were very professional and polite. They had my air conditioner up and working within the hour. I will definitely use them again.
Great service and knowledgeable technician. Ricardo was able to identify the AC problem quickly and efficiently. Felt like having a family member taking care to of a small job. I would definitely use them again for any A/C needs in the future.
The scheduler (office staff) was professional in addressing my AC needs. The matter was urgent; AC not working n I had out-of-state guests. Emmanuel, the technician, was dispatched the next day n the AC was fixed. Emmanuel was well-trained; EXPLAINED what he was doing to fix the problem; was patient in answering my questions, as he should be, and heloed me feel completely confident in his ability to get the job done...i was very grateful to him and the whole Any Hour Team!
