We had 2 companies come over and diagnose our AC issues: Incorrectly, and with a very high repair estimate. Gave Alien a call, they scheduled and came within a week of the call ready to repair and after a very brief examination we able to determine the actual issue, were able to perform the repair and were on their way for a fraction of the time and cost estimated by other companies. Highly recommend.

The only company I have ever used that takes photos of problem areas and repairs. Had a GREAT experience with the technicians Chris, Jeremy and Tony. I don't trust any other HVAC company. They are Phoenix's FINEST!!

I have been serviced by Alien A/C & Heat for the past year and from my initial call, I have been VERY impressed with how quickly they responded and how quickly they resolved my problem!Today, Jeremy contacted me for my scheduled simiannual A/C check up and cleaning. He also called to let me know he was about 15 minutes away! When he arrived, we conversed regarding any issues I may be having with my heat or A/C, then he explained what he would be doing on my roof. When he was done, he showed me pictures of the before and after cleaning...that was impressive!
