Despite the low rating of this office, I was willing to give it a chance in a moment of desperation. I had to drive to the location to attempt to schedule a new patient appointment since no one answered the phones. Luckily, I had an opportunity to meet the doctor since her front desk had called out. I drove up from Tucson. No one from her office told me that I would need $400 cash. I didn't have $400 cash, nor do I keep a debit card on me. So I drove back to Tucson, doubled over in pain, without receiving service. Shame on you and your office Dr. Mumtaz. I would not trust the medical opinion of a doctor that doesn't even have a basic Point of Sale system set up. Sketchy office in a bad neighborhood.
