These guys were fabulous today!!! And had great patience with us today. Making the appt over the phone with Jessica was just easy & comfortable. The staff was friendly, the store was clean! We had some time to browse frames before the exam, the exam was very thorough but again with positive & friendly vibes! Thank you guys for a great experience all around! And can't wait to see the glasses when they get in!
I had a great appointment. I did wait a bit at the desk when I got there but they were very friendly and apologized for it. Check in was easy, and then I got to try on frames while waiting for the eye exam and doctor. It all went quickly. Then they told me my vision wasn’t as bad and gave me suggestions on what to buy. About 20 years ago I got an eye exam and that place told me I had this terrible vision and had to buy all these products. That didn’t happen at America’s Best. I appreciate that they weren’t hard selling me anything and helped me with my vision.
I want to reach out and thank all the staff at America’s Best. Especially the manager Shelby, as she is a great example of a manager and she works hard like all the other staff members. The staff always offers to help other staff members to insure their clients always have the best, professional, and pleasant service. When you walk in, regardless of another customer being helped, every staff member greets you in less than two minutes, letting you know that they will be right with you. The whole staff, including the manager, Shelby, guarantees a pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and always anticipate additional needs and set expectations! THEY. ARE. THE. BEST.
