I had a great experience as a new patient. Before I even came to the office, the staff called me to let me know what my cost will be for the visit, for someone on a fixed income that was so helpful for me to be prepared. When I checked in the front office staff was so nice and welcoming, when it was my turn the DOCTOR called me back into the room himself! He took his time with me, I didn't feel rushed and I felt heard. When it was time for my allergy testing the medical assistant went over the procedure with me, went over the cost again before they proceeded too. She was very sweet.
