About AFC Allergy Phoenix Office
AFC Allergy Phoenix Office is a highly recommended physical therapy and allergy treatment center. Their front office staff is kind and welcoming, and the doctors, medical assistants, and massage therapists are praised for their excellent care and expertise. Patients have found relief for various issues, including chronic back pain and food sensitivities, through the center's services. However, one patient had a less positive experience, finding the initial sales pitch uncomfortable and the chiropractor's approach impersonal. Overall, the center seems to offer a warm and friendly environment, with mixed reviews on the quality of care for certain services.
Best Physical Therapy ever. Their front office staff is so kind and welcoming. The doctors and medical assistants are phenomenal. The massage therapists are the best. They have helped me so much and in a very warm and friendly place . I can walk again! :)
Dr. Jimena was awesome really felt welcomed at the office. She took great care of me and my daughters and making them feel safe and did an excellent job of explaining everything to me and was also able to work with our budget and insurance. I went in for an allergy test and found out what type of foods I’m sensitive to. I recommend 10/10
I went here because they offer many services and hoped they could address my chronic back pain. First, everyone is nice. On my first visit, they evaluated and immediately started a sales pitch. The sales pitch was cheesy and uncomfortable. Quizzing me on chiropractic terms and the setup was eye rolling. I just want them to be straightforward. Got through that and started adjustments. This place has a lot of employees but has only one chiropractor. What happens is you go and see someone who asks you about your pain levels. When you eventually see the chiropractor, there is not the conversation of what is going on. He looks at the computer screen and gets to work. It was the same adjustments done quickly each time. Never felt any relief. I quit going after a few visits. Now I'll go ahead and drive 25 minute to my old chiropractor for much better, thoughtful, and personal care. Good people, poor approach to patient care.
