Just completed my 3’rd annual checkup with Dr. Waleed Alsadi and his Office Associates. Everything was smooth and efficient from scheduling, communications, the office visit and eyewear selection. I was a patient of Dr. Johnson for years and was personally sad and concerned at his loss. However, Dr. Alsadi is a wonderful doctor and I’m quite happy he assumed Dr. Johnson’s practice.
Dr. Alsadi is knowledgeable, efficient, spends the amount of time needed to discuss findings, is empathetic and patient focused.

These are the best professionals I've ever worked with. My optical tech, Isabella, was extremely gracious in helping me build the perfect glasses for me. Nicole was also extremely helpful in explaining the different other aspects of my visit!

Polite and professional staff from the front desk to doctor. The exam was just as thorough as any other I've had over the years, but somehow shorter. My prescription was also more dialed in and correct.
Online booking was easy, and even same day. The check in process was easy enough without having to check dozens of boxes with paper and pen. Pre-exam was straight to the point and great. The actual exam wasn't full of attempted up sells and got my prescription corrected. Going over insurance and ordering product was a breeze.
