Before going to Active Lifestyle Clinic, my upper back and neck had been hurting for over a year. I had done everything I could think of to feel better. I had had two MRIs, I had visited two other physical therapists plus two other doctors. No one was able to help. It seemed like all they wanted to do was medicate me, which never took care of the pain it only numbed the symptoms for a while. then, a family friend, Nancy Kress told me about Active Lifestyle Clinic. I began seeing Doctor Todd, who prescribed low dose Naltrexone, which started to help the pain. Dr. Todd also did trigger point therapy to help my muscles loosen. Then I saw doctor Jen, who is a wonderful chiropractor. I had never seen a chiropractor before and, I was afraid. However, she was very gentle, and reassuring and her adjustments made me feel better. Finally, I began seeing Christine, the physical therapist, and her therapy techniques relaxed the muscles in my neck and upper back. So for the first time in over a year I felt better! With little to no medicine! That is what this Clinic does, everyone there helps your body to heal naturally. Just like God intended! Thank you Active Lifestyle Clinic!
