Randal diagnosed the problem thoroughly. Then returned with the appropriate part, installed it and got the unit up and running properly in extreme heat. His understanding of the issue and his professionalism is admirable. He is an asset to Accutemp.
Ac went out around 3am, called and got Shelly, she was fantastic and we set a service request. Albert arrived at 150 and ac was fixed shortly after! Highly recommend this ac company!
We have used AccuTemp for > 20 years and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. Zach, Tony, and Mike just finished installing a new heat pump on our home and they knew what they were doing (knowledgable), friendly, and professional. And even through there were some complex and time consuming elements of the job they worked extra hours and did not leave until the system was up and running. What more can you ask for from a business!
