We switched to Mark 3 years ago from another CPA firm. From the get go the difference has been night and day. Mark is very thorough, extremely courteous and very accessible. Mark is the man! I decided to file my taxes through him because a friend recommended me towards his direction. Before I went through him , I usually just filed through turbo tax or H&R Block. The process working with him was flawless and smooth. I sent everything over to him and he had everything prepared and was professional about the entire process. I had many questions prior to filing my taxes and he took his time to answer every single question and even told me to call / text him anytime I have another question.
