Above Par is the perfect name! Clay at the office who took my phone call and Mark the technician who came out to my home. Both truly went above and beyond to help me get my AC up and working fast. I had a previously scheduled appointment for Sears to come out.I thought since they are such a reputable name I went with them first. They lied and no showed on me! I was mad at the time but now, I'm so glad they did, because I know what company I'll be using from now on! Do not use Sears! Call Above Par! Great customer service & they get the job done fast! My a/c unit decided that after 26 years it was time to call it quits. Last week I called my home warranty service Select Home Warranty, they sent Above Par out. Above Par responded almost immediately ( in 3 hours). Found a freon leak and attempted to repair the leak. It held for about 8 days and yesterday 8/7 it blew again. I was told that it could happen due to the age of the unit. The home warranty company was of no help, actually they were complete A---holes.
