My experience with howard air has been nothing but excellent. First, they were able to come out quickly when my a c was out. Carlos and Jesus took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong and gave me the pros and cons of fixing versus getting a new one which was refreshing instead of just going with the your unit has to be replaced. Since my units were over eighteen years old, I went with getting new ones instead of putting a bandaide on it. Amazingly, they were able to do the install the very next day.
