I just had the best possible experience with Ajax Pumping. I spoke to Dawn to make my appointment. She was awesome helping me to get setup for the next day pumping.
Even though I didn't know it, Ajax was the pump service that emptied the septic tank when we bought the house 8 years ago. When I gave her our address, she noticed that they did it. She was also able to give me the map for the tank so I would not have to look it up in my paperwork. All I had to do was the digging to expose the lid.
Juan was my service person. He was great too. He gave me quite a bit of information while he was pumping.

Called them this morning to get scheduled for routine pumping of septic tank. They got us in the same day with a 4hr time window, driver notified when he was 20mins away. Josh, the driver was very professional and knowledgeable. He even took time to tie a wratchet strap to the lid for us since the steel handle on lid is very rusted. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you

I have used this wonderful family owned business for 20 plus years. I won't use anyone else. They are beyond helpful, friendly,affordable, and on time. They are all very knowledgeable about septic systems. They helped me just recently over the phone to fix my problem without a penny given on a holiday weekend. I highly recommend this company.!!!
