Michael was very prompt, totally professional and very skilled with his diagnostic's. He recommended replacing a very old GFI to avoid a possible reoccurrence, as well as replacing the breaker. He detected a very frayed wire in the electrical panel and replaced it to prevent a possible fire. An excellent experience today which definitely deserves my 5 star rating.

We have been using quality electric since 80s and have always had great service with Techs that knew what they were talking about, and could explain all of our options So we can understand! They are also reasonably priced!

I'm not sure why all these negative reviews. We've used Quality Electric for almost 20 years. They are generally on time, priced fairly and the work is done to about the standard that anyone is coming up to these days during a global pandemic. Most recently we had them come out and talk to our son about installing LED work lights in our garage. The electrician they sent had a pleasant and respectful conversation with our son about his goals for upgrading the lighting, made good, thoughtful recommendations and came back to do the work for a more reasonable price than Firefly with whom we did not have a great experience while getting an estimate for the same job.
