Very pleased with Tide Cleaners! Besides getting my shirts laundered, I had an old shirt that I love that was in need of several missing buttons. Tide Cleaners replaced every button except for the sleeves/cuffs and the shirt looks better than new!

Management took full responsibility for the mistake made by their third party seamstress. I was not only reimbursed for what I paid for the alterations but they also covered the entire price of the 2 items. Ashley was so awesome, helpful, and responsive. Going above and beyond for a mistake that was not their mistake earns this business a 5 star rating in my book.

Exceptional service. In this day and age of indifference and lack of customer service, I found your employees were courteous and prompt to assist me. 5 stars for that. Clothes were clean, pressed and hung neatly. The bogo coupon was much appreciated!
