I found Tide personnel to be very friendly and helpful answering my questions and helping get me set up in their system. Now that I have picked up my first completed dry cleaning order I have to say they did a great job. Clothes are clean and fresh. My order was completed as promised and I received several text/email reminders to pick up my clothes. “I can't express enough how happy I was that I found Louie's! I bought my wedding dress from on off the rack store which after they cleaned it still had a few very faint marks on it (unsure what they were). It was not guaranteed the marks would come out even if I had it cleaned however I am very happy and impressed with Louie's work. My dress was done on time, and looked fantastic and was cleaned and pressed without a mark or any damage to the delicate top. They even packed it using cardboard in the breast area so it wouldn't lay flat and wrinkle again.
