Overall, I had a good experience at HonorHealth Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, professional, and I was taken back to an exam room very quickly.
The only thing I found a little odd was that despite being taken back right away, and as far as I could tell being the only patient in the building, I still waited about 35 minutes for the doctor to come in. Once the doctor arrived, however, everything moved efficiently and the visit was handled professionally.
The long wait for the provider was a bit puzzling, but the friendly staff and overall quality of care made for a positive experience.
The staff was very nice and answered all my questions. The wait time was very short. From filling out new patient forms, the wait time, the exam, plus X-rays , I was in and out in 1 hour.
Jacqueline was our provider and she was amazing!! Very detailed and patient. She went above and beyond to care for my son. I appreciate her bed side manner and being inquisitive to get to the bottom of what was needed. The Med Asst Teresa was great as well!
